It’s about Choice | It’s about quality

We are committed to provide our customers with information about nutrition in our products that will help them make the right choice for themselves.

Our farm to fork cold chain; cold storage facilities and kitchen processes at the restaurants have been planned in such a way that they keep your favorite McDonald’s food fresh and nutrients in it, intact.

Our stringent Quality Inspection Program (Q.I.P) ensures that you are eating nothing but the best, always.

Right Choice

Enjoying a meal at McDonald's means enjoying a variety of items from the basic food groups which have essential nutrients:

  1. Leafy Vegetables – for roughage, fiber, minerals and vitamins.
  2. Bread Potatoes – are a major source of energy
  3. Poultry, Fish and Eggs – rich in proteins and fats.
  4. Milk and Cheese – rich in minerals like calcium

Right Amount

To Figure out how much you should eat, we use the concept of calories. One needs 33 calories/kg of body weight per day, out of which, 10-15% should come from proteins, less than 30% from fats and rest from carbohydrates.

Please refer to the chart below to understand approximately how many calories you need per day.
